A hair salon that got me thinking, “What am I doing with my life?”.

I was working for a design studio in San Diego when one of my past clients, approached me to design her misters hair salon. My bosses weren’t interested + were okay if I did it on my own. This changed everything for me. I never thought about doing design on my own. I very much enjoyed working with others + learning from others.

But then it happened. I stopped learning from my bosses. They were learning from me. This little hair salon project turned the course of my direction. Here is what I have to say about its design…

This full service hair salon has a sassy flare in a part of “The Ranch” that is not exactly known for it. London beat meets Ranch chic. This salon succeeds by avoiding natural country colors and themes + embracing a European vibe. It’s a place to escape the expected and dive into the glossy pages of life!
